Plans differ only in how much of the published research and how many Signals you receive, never in what an item says or in any tailoring to you. We do not know your financial situation, objectives, tax position, or risk tolerance, and nothing here is tailored to you. We are not a registered investment adviser (RIA), broker-dealer, or financial planner, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your use of the service.
We do not give one-to-one advice. If you write to us about your own portfolio or ask whether a security suits you, we will not answer that question, and any reply we send is general information only.
A Signal is a published entry or exit from our research engine, on two horizons: trade (swing, days to weeks) and invest (mid-to-long-term, weeks to months). Each carries a research call. An Entry view means our engine's rules see a setup worth opening; a Watch view means a name is on our radar but the rules have not triggered; an Exit view means the rules have closed the idea. These describe what our desk's research concluded. They are not instructions or recommendations to you. Any stop or target shown is the level our own rules use, not a level chosen for your account.
The Company, SuryAI Labs LLC, does not hold a brokerage account and does not trade securities. Its sole owner and operator personally trades some of the published Signals with real money, in personal brokerage accounts. That means the operator may hold, and stand to profit or lose from, securities we write about. You should know exactly how that works:
We do not currently publish performance figures or win rates for our Signals. If we ever do, each figure will say whether it comes from real-money trading or from a paper (simulated) account, and over what period. Paper fills are simulated at quoted prices and do not reflect real-world slippage, partial fills, commissions, liquidity, or order routing; real-account results will differ, potentially materially. Your results will also differ from the operator's, because you will act at a different time and price.
Quotes, market data, and news headlines come from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. The market-wire ribbon on our homepage is an AI-generated digest of third-party news headlines, a summary of what is being reported rather than a statement of fact by us, and can contain errors or omissions.
Past performance, including hypothetical or simulated performance, does not guarantee future results. All investing and trading involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal. Markets are uncertain; AI models can be wrong; you may lose money. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
Crypto content on this site is research, not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any digital asset. We do not custody, broker, exchange or issue crypto assets. Crypto prices trade around the clock, can move 10% or more in a day, and a coin can lose most or all of its value. Coins we label as memecoins have no underlying business, cash flow or utility that supports a valuation; their price is driven by attention and can fall to zero at any time. Our "Established / Emerging / Speculative" quality labels and our regulatory classification badges are our own descriptive scores, not legal opinions: the regulatory status of any digital asset in the United States (including under the CLARITY Act framework) is unsettled and can change how, or whether, an asset may be offered. We communicate only via this Site (suryai.ai) and email from our own domains (e.g., info@suryainvest.com). We will never DM you on social media or messaging apps, ask you to send money or crypto, request your brokerage credentials, or offer to trade on your behalf. Anyone doing so in our name is a fraudster; do not engage, and report it to us. We are not responsible for the acts of impersonators or other third parties misusing our name, brand, or content.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract. The Service is intended only for users in the United States and its territories; we make no representation that it is appropriate or available elsewhere.
Sanctions compliance. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions (currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine); that you are not listed on any U.S. government restricted-party list, including the U.S. Treasury's Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List; and that you will not use the Service in violation of U.S. export-control or sanctions laws. We may refuse or terminate subscriptions from sanctioned jurisdictions.
SuryAInvestrade is a publisher of (a) the decisions of an AI-driven trading engine (swing and mid-to-long-term entries and exits in U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs; intraday signals are not published), (b) a market-regime narrative and an AI-generated digest of third-party market-news headlines, and (c) AI-generated research theses. The Site may also offer an interactive "Ask" feature that answers questions with AI-generated, general information (see Section 6). Content is delivered on the Site and by email. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Free and preview plans. The Service has a free plan and Premium and Ultra previews, which give access to more of the same published research and more Signals. The previews are free while they are in preview. If that ever changes, we will email you first, and nothing is charged automatically: moving to a paid plan will always require your own separate sign-up and payment details.
Paid plans, when offered. Before you pay, we will show the price, the billing period, that the plan renews automatically until you cancel, and how to cancel, next to the button you click to agree. After purchase we will email you a confirmation that repeats those terms and explains how to cancel. You can cancel online, in the same way you signed up, at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. For plans of one year or longer, we will remind you by email before each renewal. If the price of your plan changes, we will email you before the new price applies, with instructions for cancelling. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. Payments are handled by a third-party payment or subscription platform; we do not store full payment-card details.
All content, theses, models, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content for your own use only.
The Service is informational only and is not investment, legal, or tax advice (see the Disclaimer). You assume all risk for any action taken based on the Service.
This applies equally to the interactive "Ask" feature (where offered): its answers are AI-generated, may be inaccurate or incomplete, are general and impersonal in nature, and are never personalized investment advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we, together with our owners, members, managers, officers, operators, administrators, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors (the "Released Parties"), will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, for lost profits or missed gains, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. This exclusion expressly includes damages arising from: (a) failures, errors, bugs, or outages in our or our providers' technology infrastructure, software, servers, networks, or AI systems; (b) acts, omissions, errors, delays, or outages of any third party (market-data providers, brokers, email-delivery providers, hosting providers, payment processors); (c) delayed, missed, duplicated, erroneous, or non-delivered signals, alerts, or content, whether the impact on you is positive or negative; (d) unauthorized access, security incidents, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure); and (e) the fraudulent or unlawful acts of third parties, including impersonation of us or misuse of our name, brand, or content. The total aggregate liability of the Released Parties will not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to us in the two (2) months before the event giving rise to the claim (or US$0 if you used only the free tier). No claim may be brought against any owner, operator, administrator, or other individual associated with the Service personally; your sole recourse, if any, is against the entity.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your trading or investment decisions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion. You may stop using the Service and unsubscribe at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Binding arbitration & class-action waiver. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in California or conducted remotely by video/telephone; judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction in California. Disputes will be brought only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Either party may still bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court.

To operate and deliver the Service, send transactional alert emails, manage preferences and unsubscribes, maintain security, and (in aggregate) understand usage.
Service providers acting on our behalf: our email-delivery provider (Resend; SendGrid is retained as a backup transport), our AI provider (Anthropic), which processes Ask-feature questions in order to generate answers, and, for any future paid tier, a payment processor (e.g., Stripe). Geolocation for the usage measurement above is resolved on our own server; visitor IP addresses are not sent to any geolocation service. We may disclose information if required by law.
The public Site sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. We measure usage ourselves, server-side and cookieless, as described above, using a daily-rotating one-way hash, so visits cannot be linked across days or tied back to you. Your browser's local storage may hold small functional values only (e.g., your scroll position for the session, and, if you sign in to the Ask feature, a token identifying your subscription); these are never used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Web fonts are served from our own server, so no third-party font CDN receives your IP address.
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe and a preferences link (CAN-SPAM compliant). You can unsubscribe or change preferences at any time. You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us; on unsubscribe we retain only the token needed to honor your choice and allow re-subscription.
We retain subscriber data while your subscription is active and as needed for legal/operational purposes; unsubscribed records are minimized as described above. Usage-measurement rows never contain your raw IP address; Ask-feature rate-limit counters are scoped to the day they enforce.
The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
The Service is intended only for residents of the United States and its territories. We do not target or knowingly provide the Service to individuals in the EU, UK, or other regions, and we do not offer GDPR/UK-GDPR-specific request mechanisms. If you are located outside the United States, please do not use the Service.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you may request to know, access, or delete the personal information we hold about you (e.g., your email address, opt-in record, preferences, and any Ask-feature conversations), and we do not sell or share your personal information.
